Moistures.ca, a subdivision of AnyLeak.ca, provides professional moisture detection and water leak investigation services across British Columbia. These terms govern your use of our services and website.
Inspection-Based Services
Our services are inspection-based and include:
- Moisture detection and mapping
- Water leak investigation
- Building envelope assessment
- Emergency moisture response
- Monitoring system installation
Service scope, pricing, and timeline will be discussed and agreed upon before work commences.
No Guarantees Without Full Diagnostics
While we use advanced technology and proven methods, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes without conducting a full diagnostic assessment. Our recommendations are based on the conditions observed at the time of inspection.
Hidden conditions, subsequent changes, or factors outside our control may affect the accuracy of our findings.
Limitation of Liability
Liability is limited to the scope of services provided. We are not responsible for:
- Pre-existing conditions not visible during inspection
- Damage occurring after our inspection
- Third-party repairs or modifications
- Consequential or indirect damages
Reports and Documentation
Reports provided are for informational purposes and represent our professional opinion based on the inspection conducted. Reports are intended for use by the client and should not be shared without our consent.
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be established at the time of service agreement. Emergency services may require payment at time of service. Standard inspections may be invoiced with net payment terms as agreed.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.
